Hello! My name is Dean Marquardt. I am a Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser, License # 1978-9. I am based out of Chetek and cover all or part of the surrounding 10 Counties including: Barron, Chippewa, Rusk, Sawyer, Washburn, Burnett, Polk, St Croix, Dunn along with portions of Eau Claire, Douglas, Bayfield, and Ashland. I became a Certified appraiser in October of 2017. I am well experienced in Single Family Residential and Vacant Land. I am FHA approved and can and do complete FHA/USDA assignments regularly.
